Signing up for the waitlist grants you early access communications and potential founding member perks as described on the landing page. Perks (Day 1 Roster Badge, lifetime ad-free, beta access, category vote) are offered in good faith and will be honored for qualifying signups.
These perks are tied to the email address used at signup and are not transferable.
The Hoops Trivia app, when launched, will have its own terms of service. The waitlist terms cover only this pre-launch period.
All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, the "Hoops Trivia" name and logo — is owned by us. Don't copy or redistribute without permission.
This is a waitlist for a trivia game. We provide it "as is" with no warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
